      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve had this printer for years now and it’s been perfectly fine. We recently had to update the password on our network and now my printer will not print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried doing manual setup for connecting - me network will pop up but will not give me an option to enter a password so my only option is to hit “ok” and then it tells me it can’t connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve tried doing all sorts of resets and factory resets and I have the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I really need this printer to work asap, please help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
