      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry you are having issues. If you'd like help, you will need to provide more information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What you tried (steps), what you observed (error messages, failures, etc).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS you are using the printer with, and any other information you believe might be relevant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer has a 2.4Ghz radio and will only connect to 2.4Ghz wireless broadcasts.&amp;nbsp; If the new router is dual or tri band 2.4/5G and all networks are using the same name, the printer might have issues connecting initially.&amp;nbsp; To resolve, you can try temporarily disabling the 5G broadcast until the printer connects, then re-enable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-tr8520" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Canon Support for PIXMA TR8520 | Canon U.S.A., Inc.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scroll to wireless help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
