Poster Artist Software- will not print large poster

We are having trouble printing a large poster using our Poster Artist Software and our Canon iPF680 poster printer. We have no problem printing posters that are 24" x 36" or smaller. However when we try to print a 24"x72" poster, it just cancels the print job (see attached image). I thought the file might have been corrupted, so I created the poster from scratch again, and it still will not print. In the past I was able to print this file, but now it will not work.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you.
