&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to see the printer's SSID when you perform the wireless setup, I would suggest checking your router settings to make sure the wifi network is not set to 5ghz only. The printer would need 2.4 ghz turned on to work. If you are unable to ping the printer's IP address from your Mac via ethernet, You can try &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-4518-zz-SSM-440-enUV/contents/devu-mcn_mng-initialize_set.html" target="_self"&gt;resetting the printer's settings&lt;/A&gt; and then &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-6512-zz-SSM-450-enUS/contents/devu-setup-nw.html" target="_self"&gt;setting the printer for the ethernet&lt;/A&gt; connection again.&lt;/P&gt;
