Hello,

If two of the phones are unable to find the printer, you can try going into the wifi settings on the phone and turning wifi off and on. Once the phone's reconnect to your network, you can try printing from the phones again to see if they work. If they don't you can check in your list of network's in range to see if your mesh network has more that one SSID that you can connect to. If it does, you can try connecting to it and then trying to print again.

If that does not resolve the issue, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist. You can also reply to this post with the specific type of phone that you are having a problem with or any errors you get when you try to use the phone and we can see if we have any other suggestion that we can provide.

We just upgraded our network to a new internet provider that provided us with Eero access points. All of our devices are connected, including the Canon mf264dw. The laptops can send print jobs to it, and one cell phone can send print jobs, but 2 of the phones can not. Any ideas? I can post more specific info if anyone has ideas.
