Canon Print Studio Pro Unable to Install

Just purchased and set up imageGRAFPRO PRO1000. Everything's working and successfully connected. Trying to install Canon Print Studio Pro as a plugin for Lightroom and Photoshop. I have the latest versions of Lr (11.4.1), PS (23.4.2), & Print Studio Pro (2.2.3). When running Studio Pro installer, I keep getting a message that I do not have compatible versions of Lr or PS on my computer. Reinstalled Print Studio Pro and still get the same message.

Has anyone experienced this? Any troubleshooting tips that will get this installed is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try downloading and installing Professional Print & Layout.

I have PP&L running on my system. I works standalone,but I am not able to get it to run as a Lightroom plugin. It does work as a Photoshop plugin.
