Connecting my iPhone 13 to PIXMA MG 3620

Hello Everyone,

Recently purchased a new Canon printer and upgraded my old iPhone 8 to a 13 which aren’t connecting to each other well. My old Canon and my old iPhone 8 got along well.
At home, I stream apps on my tv and get internet on my phone with continuous WiFi but my printer doesn’t show up. I followed the instructions to have it show up on the app and the devices but nothing. Plugged in a WiFi extender even though my home is small. Feel like I’m missing one piece of information to get the printer to connect to my phone.

Please help!!!

Great news. On your smart phone, make sure that your VPN is turned off so you can print from your iPhone. Same problem with my old Canon as my new one.

Funny, I thought of this afterwards. My VPN isn’t trained to stay off. Thanks for your reply.

My printer still isn’t working. My older version of my phone and my printer worked well together. About to give up.
