I purchased a BU-30 Adapter to allow my Canon MX850 printer to work wirelessly with my Toshiba A665 computer. First I plugged the adapter into my computer. The adapter activated something in my computer and I followed a few commands. I tried to print but it would not. I plugged the adapter into my MX850 printer and attempted to print. It would not connect. Could someone help me?

To register the unit for Bluetooth printing, please use the Bluetooth menu in the Control Panel. This will provide a step by step process to register any new Bluetooth devices. If you continue to have difficulties, please use the "Contact Us" link below to contact our support group.
