You can click on the option next to the of the printer for Drivers and downloads. You will see several tabs for drivers, software, utilities and firmware. You can click on the tab for software and the the ToolBox download will be the first item in the list. You can click select and then download next to it. When the download is complete, you can double click on the download to begin the install.</P><P>We would be happy to assist further with the issue.
