      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a mac running&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;monterey 12.3.1 and a MX925 printer scanner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can print but not scan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a new driver to download or is it another issue -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;downloaded and deleted the printers re-installed them and tried again. get the message "-21345 failed to establish connection to the device".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
