    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I have the problem that after driver installation of the MX310 the printer is not recognized correctly and printing is not possible. The printer is not shown in the device manager under devices and printers, but as an image processing device. However, scanning and faxing is possible. The problem only occurs on my new Windows 10 machine. On the old one (also Win10) the print function is also available.&lt;BR /&gt;I have already tried installing the driver in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and Windows 8. Unfortunately without success. Has anyone already had the same problem and can help me further?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
