    <description>&lt;P&gt;We just got a new modem and after that we learned our printers were unable to connect to the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We bought a new one thinking that would solve it but it didn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In settings when we select the modem it bypasses the password entry screen and tells us failed to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a Pixma 4520&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the answer could be found there we wouldn't all be posting the problem.&amp;nbsp; It is not confined to one specific model.&amp;nbsp; It has something to do with new modems but so far none of you techies have come up with a simple solution!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
