    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot find any trace of an MP68 at either the USA or Europe Canon sites. If it’s very old, there may not be any driver available.       <title>Software for MF632C Fails code 9.230.0 scan untility</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a user with two canon printers.&amp;nbsp; MP-68 and MF632C, when installing it fails at I think the twain scan drivers.&amp;nbsp; I get the code 9.230.0 and not enough rights.&amp;nbsp; The user is on a new Lenovo with AMD Chip if that matters and with full admin rights.&amp;nbsp; His old Lenovo is Intel and with all the same rights and same setup and Azure domain and it works just fine.&amp;nbsp; Can you give me some other advice,&amp;nbsp; I even tried to install as the run as admin rights.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Dricci,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That code will usually mean something is blocking the installation of the scanner driver. In this situation, you can try turning off any security software running on the computer and you can try uninstalling any other scanners from your system. Once the security is off, you can try the install again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to get the error, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp; You are right.&amp;nbsp; Even though it appeared that the user had admin rights, he did not.&amp;nbsp; I logged in as a local admin and installed the software and it carried through to all users and now works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>
