    <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer is seen by my computer and prints.&amp;nbsp; I need to clean the heads as some colors are missing.&amp;nbsp; The software I downloaded and installed (mypr-win-3_3_0-ea11_2) does not recognize the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Many thanks.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What operating system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to have a printer driver. Without a driver you would be using the operating system generic printer driver which has limited features.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did try to update the driver but the one Windows found, was not installable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
