Cant connect Canon Printer TS6420 to WIFI

Hi everyone, I need help please.

I recently moved to a new apartment complex and I have been trying to set up my printer since being here. I cannot seem to connect it and I am having a hard time.

When I load up the Installer app, it is unable to find the printer using the network settings. I live in an apartment complex that has one network, however multiple network names. Im assuming this is the issue, that there any many networks with the same name. But I don't know how to connect it. I also am having trouble using the app under the same network.

Does anyone have nay tips for how I can solve this?
