      <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer works great and I can still purchase cartridges for them. However, I recently did an upgrade on my MACBook and now it doesn't work &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please please update the driver so we can continue to use our printers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The program is intended to be used if your printer needs service or is no longer compatible with your operating system. The Upgrade program will give you a discount and free shipping on a replacement printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
