    <description>&lt;P&gt;i just upgraded to windows 11 and I'm trying to scan documents into my computer and the software the scanner needs ("Canon MP Navigator EX 4.0") won't open.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting errors that it can't find two files:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; mpnfexp.dll AND mpnfimp.dll&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried re-installing this software and updating the drivers but I'm still having the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer and copy functions seem to work fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This can happen when something on the computer( fire wall/security program) is interfering with the scanner driver. Since reinstalling the driver and software did not resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support. They will be able to troubleshoot your computer to see what is interfering with the scanner driver/software and resolve that issue so you can scan again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did this answer your question?
