    <description>&lt;P&gt;We purchased a Selphy CP1300 for my mother for Christmas and have been unable to print over Wifi from her Chrome OS-based machine. We were able to add, find, and select the printer, but each time we send a photo to the printer the "Busy" screen shows, and then the printer powers down without warning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were able to print without issue from a number of mobile devices (iPhone, Android phone, iPad) with no issue, using both the direct connection and adding the Selphy as a networked printer, but whenever we try from the Chrome device it powers down and fails to print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to figure out if we should return the device for a refund/exchange, or if there are other steps we might take to resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Troubleshooting steps tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;turning the printer off and back on&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;resetting the printer settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;turning the Chrome OS machine off and back on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;removing and re-adding the printer&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;moving the printer to a different location/power outlet&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
