Yes, 16 megapixels is more than enough for a 20X30 print.

When viewing distances and visual acuity are taken into account you really never need more than about 8 megapixels. This is because you don't view a 20X30 print from 12 inces away, and as you move further away your eyes ability to resolve detail is reduced.
