G7x flash exposure

I guessed I pressed a button on accident but every time I take a picture with flash the exposure is super bright and turns about very white. How to I make it look like normal flash and not have everything turn super white?

Fastest way would be to perform a reset to defualts thru your settings menu. That will undo anything you may have accidentally switched on or off.

What mode were you shooting in ? Auto, Program, etc?

I was shooting in custom. I switched to manual and its normal. But I still don't know how it changed in custom.

hi Sarah

Well theres no telling how it might have happened thses cameras are pretty complex like mini computers with settings, buttons etc. Were you able to reset all the settings and get back to where you want to be in Custom with good shots using the flash?

Yes it was the camera lense. It was twisted out of place to get a different exposure
