How do I kick start in setting up the wifi connection between my macbook and my g5x?

I'm running under OS X Yosemite v10.10.5.

On another note - I was wondering if hybrid-auto video/images are supported in mobile phones ie. iphone 5? I tried transferring mine but it kept failing on me.
