Power shot G12 Malfunction

I bought my G12 in 2010 in Colorado, and I live in Nairobi, Kenya. My Camera is not functioning properly, all the function keys do not respond, the flash sometimes remains on for as long as the camera is in use, but sometimes goes off when I press the play back button. I can take stills and video, but I can not change any settings, and the zoom stopped working two days ago. Can I get any help with the Camera from Kenya or must I send it to US for any repairs. Thank you

This is a user supported forum, so you wouldn't get an official Canon answer here. Call the Canon support line that covers Kenya and talk with them.
