How to upload pics from Powershot 1000 using Windows 10?

Used Zoombrowser Ex in Windows 7 with good results. Now, after upgrading to Win 10, I seem to be out of luck to get my pics into the PC. Help, please..

Sorry for thre hincomplete model lnumber. My camera is the Powershot SD1000.
