    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot download my pictures from the sx710 hs. &amp;nbsp;I've established an access point however a device cannot be found. &amp;nbsp;Also tried using a usb and that failed too on Windows 7 due to no driver. &amp;nbsp;When looking for a driver, &amp;nbsp;canon states there is none. &amp;nbsp;How do I get my pictures of this camera. &amp;nbsp;I'm very frustrated. &amp;nbsp;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a little farther the connected device is my computer however it's 'connecting' then it fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I added the camera to the norton's trusted list. &amp;nbsp;I can see the camera in control panels view network computer and devices. &amp;nbsp;But from the camera, it says connected device:my computer ....connecting. &amp;nbsp;Then it times out as failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
