    <description>&lt;P&gt;I too have this problem connecting the SX510 HS to my laptop. I'm running a Toshiba with Kis 2013. If I disable the Firewall in Kis2013 the transfer works fine, so there is clearly a problem somewhere in there. The camera establishes contact and opens the 'Autoplay' menu but seems to timeout soon after. As yet I am unable to find the cause and the KIS Database is pretty thin on this subject. I would welcome any suggestions....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The camera finds the access point &amp;nbsp;(my home network) and the device (laptop) just fine--it says connecting, but then never does. I have downloaded Camera Window and even given the program access through the firewall. What else can I do? I have Windows 7 64 bit running on HP Probook. I had no trouble connecting to mySmartphone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
