I know how to delete single photos on my camera but wanted to see how to delete all photos once I have downloaded onto my computer.

Reformat the card like you would with a computer hard drive, you can do this in the Camera's menu options. You can also do it by placing the card in a card reader along with your computer, this will clear the card and make it 'like new'.
