    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried on both OSX and Windows 7 and get the same response each time. I have a lot of photos on there, could that be the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I connect my Elph 300 HS to the computer via USB it shows a communication error and the computer does not seem to register that it is connected.       <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a remote possibility you have a corrupt file...try removing the sd card, get some or all of your photos off that way, take some more pictures and see. Also a reset of the camera&amp;nbsp;may help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
