To have a better understanding of your issue, please let everyone know what device you are trying to connect your PowerShot ELPH 330 to (iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, another PowerShot camera, or computer). If you are connecting it to a computer then please let everyone know what operating system (Windows Vista/7/8 or Mac OS 10.X) you have . That way, community will be able to assist you with suggestions appropriate for your product.

I called the support team three times. They each seemed knowledgeable and tried to help, but could not get the wlifi to work.

I had to returned my ELPH 330HS.
