Hi zlc_1!

Thanks for the post.

Windows XP had certain limitations to the transfer of video from a camera to the computer over USB. Video files larger than approximately 100MB may not transfer properly. Video files are much larger now than they were back when Windows XP was the current Windows OS, so it is easy to hit the limit. The best way to transfer video is to use a card reader. This limitation did not apply to video files transferred using a card reader.

This didn't answer your question or issue?

Why not update camera frimwear let camera truly like USB card reader?

The file success copy over USB is about 350MG. The fail one is 3.75GB but can copy from Card reader.

I think it is not XP problem. It is Camera frimwear how to handle big file transfer.
