Hi KeithWeisshar,

I suspect that the Smart Firewall doesn't recognize your camera and is restricting it's access accordingly. I recommend contacting Norton for assistance in allowing the Smart Firewall to admit access from your PowerShot ELPH 320 IS.

I've spent a couple of ours trying to figure this out. And I finally found the solution!

First of all you need to assign a static IP address to the camera. Do this in your router's admin interface.

Open Norton. I have Internet Security, but it's probably the same in 360...

Go to the Advenced page and open the Network Security Map.

Find your camera among the listed devices and click it. Change network with the dropdown list if you can't find it.

Click the lower [Edit] link and set FULL TRUST and check "Exclude from IPS scanning".

Click OK and now it should work! At least it did it for me!

Hope this helps you!

-C
