      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to load my photos from the camera to the Mac I get a message that says: "Connection software for another Canon camera is already running. &amp;nbsp;The softwre cannot be installed." &amp;nbsp; I do have another Canon camera... &amp;nbsp;what is the software that I should be turning off ..? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this my issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
