      <title>Imagebrowser (Elph 530) error message on installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchase an Elph 530, I tried to installed the software (Imagebrowser EX) yesterday but failed to installed. &amp;nbsp; I realized yesterday that it looks for the update in your website and I guess you were having some problems with it. &amp;nbsp;But today the website seems to be back to normal....yet, while it told me that it installed without a problem I get the following message when I try to run it:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The little screen comes up and gets to 60% starting then stop and I get a pop up screen with the message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ImageBrowser EX has stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I can either close the software or look for an online solution, if I choose the online solution it tries to install again but that does not fix the problem. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried uninstalling it and installing it again (with a reboot in between) with no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the detail error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem signature:&lt;BR /&gt;Problem Event Name: APPCRASH&lt;BR /&gt;Application Name: ImageBrowserEX.exe&lt;BR /&gt;Application Version: 1.3.0.5&lt;BR /&gt;Application Timestamp: 5192e06f&lt;BR /&gt;Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll&lt;BR /&gt;Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.18229&lt;BR /&gt;Fault Module Timestamp: 51fb1116&lt;BR /&gt;Exception Code: e0434352&lt;BR /&gt;Exception Offset: 0000c41f&lt;BR /&gt;OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3&lt;BR /&gt;Locale ID: 1033&lt;BR /&gt;Additional Information 1: 0a9e&lt;BR /&gt;Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789&lt;BR /&gt;Additional Information 3: 0a9e&lt;BR /&gt;Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running Windows 7 (64) &amp;nbsp;I had the Zoombrowser software before for my Canon D10 and it worked without a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
