To order a replacement part, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. When you are prompted, speak the term "order parts" to be routed to our Parts Order Desk.

Alternatively, you can have our Factory Service Center take care of the repair for you. To start the repair process, you'll need to complete a Repair Request on our website.
