topic Help with my powershot 320hs- doesn't take in enough light in Point & Shoot Digital Cameras

hi,

i have a brand new 320 hs and from the very beginning i'm having trouble with the light intake.

Unless the camera has the flash off, it almost always indicated the need in extra light, even in broad daylight! we've owned many powershot cameras throughout the years and they've all taken excellent pictures, this camera seems to not be getting enough light.

whether it's set to the auto picture mode, or any of the custom settings, there's always the movement icon in the background and the pictures all come out a little blurry, unless the flash is used.

how can I fix this issue?

many thanks in advance!

Aharon.
