SX260HS Miniature Effect, where do you access it?

on the websites specifications it states that you can record 1280*720 video at 1.5/3/6fps, but I can not find this feature anywhere in the manual nor the options/setings in the camera. Is it a typo for the specs or is it that well hidden?

also the contact by email portion of canons website is not working currently it just gives me an error (using chrome or IE)

Please follow these steps:

Set the MODE DIAL to the symbol of 2 overlapping circles.
Press the FUNC/SET button and select the option for the shooting mode, which should be the 2nd option down.
Select the shooting mode.

You can choose from 6 different modes. The mode you are looking for is represented by the icon that looks like a small city model. You can also go into the MENU and select the playback speed.
