PLEASE HELP!!! PowerShot ELPH 300 HS turns itself on and glitching

Please please help!! My powershot canon ELPH 300HS keeps making the turn on noise even though the camera is completely off and the screen would just start glitching to photos I’ve taken recently while being off!! And when I turn the camera on the same glitching happens. It switches from recent photos to a blank screen and won’t let me take an actual photo. Please please help me 🙏
