    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, but no.&amp;nbsp; What you're doing at this stage is simply pre-authorizing that payment but no money has actually changed hands.&amp;nbsp; Once our technicians are able to get a first-hand look at your camera, they'll complete the transaction if the camera is repairable.&amp;nbsp; If the repair cost winds up being different, they'll cancel that pre-authorization and let you know about the new repair price.&amp;nbsp; If the camera ends up being unrepairable or you opt out of the repair, it's sent back to you with no charges.&lt;/P&gt;
