Trouble registering G7X mark III says something is wrong with serial # but its the correct number

I just received my G7X today from B and H photo and video, came with a paper to register it with canon and said only available for USA so I don't think its a grey market issue.

Does the serial number on the paper match the serial number on the camera and the serial number on the box?

I tried calling yesterday but was waiting on the phone for 30+ minutes and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, I’ll try again tomorrow.

Where can I find the serial number on the camera/ camera box?
