It was completely unopened, in perfect condition. I’ve used the camera maybe 5 times since I bought and haven’t had a single problem but today, out of no where the screen went green and the camera completely shut off with the lens still out as if it were on. It is now unresponsive. I’ve tried a different battery but that didn’t work. I didn’t drop it, it wasn’t around any water.
