Hi I just got the powershot elph 360 hs new from canon. All I did was turn the flash on and all the images are blurry and not focusing. I’ve messed around with the different setting but I’m truly lost. Sometimes there’s a yellow square in the middle of the screen with a small explanation point probably something wrong with the focus?

Almxas:

If you turned the flash on because there is low light, then maybe there's not quite enough light for the camera to focus properly. I think there is a focus assist beam on that camera. Read the manual to find out how to turn it on. The focus assist is just a small beam of light that the camera casts on the image during focusing in low light, allowing the camera to attain focus. See if that helps.
