      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 powershot A4000is HD and one powershot ELPH 360 HS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All 3 have small chips on the lenses.&amp;nbsp; Is Canon able to replace the lenses?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The PowerShot A4000 IS is out of service life at this point unfortunately and parts are no longer available. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.&amp;nbsp;You do have the Canon Upgrade Program as an option.&amp;nbsp;The Canon Upgrade Program option allows you to replace your current equipment with a new or refurbished Canon unit at a discounted price. If you would like to take part in the Canon Upgrade Program, please call our Sales Department at 1-866-443-8002 from Monday - Friday between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm ET and they can help you with availability and pricing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In terms of the PowerShot ELPH 360 HS, this model can still be sent into our service center.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have completed the repair request, you will have an opportunity to print a copy of the request for your records and please include a copy of that in the box with your camera. This request form will also contain shipping instructions and an address label that you will attach to the outside of your shipping box when mailing your equipment for repair.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When shipping your camera, please be sure to remove the memory card and batteries. You are not required to send any accessories or manuals when shipping the camera.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
