    <description>&lt;P&gt;HOW you get the pictures from camera to computer makes no difference. This is digital.&amp;nbsp; Either the file moves/copies or it doesn't. Nothing about the method changes the file properties.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>PowerShot elph360 HS grainy/blurry pictures</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The pictures look clear when viewing them on playback but viewing/downloading them in the canon connect app they are very blurry and grainy. It happens on both flash/no flash pictures. Is there another way to download them or way to fix the camera settings?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Let's try resetting the camera to factory default settings and testing it further. It sounds like the camera resolution may have been set to a lower option possibly. To reset the camera, choose [Reset All] on the Tools (wrench/hammer) tab in the camera menu.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
