Canon IXUS 210 Lens error

I have a Canon IXUS 210 and when i turn it on the lens wont come out and it says

Lens Error

Will shut down automatically

Restart Camera

is there anything to fix this?

These little pocket point & shoot cameras don't last forever. Yours is 14 years old. Not likely there is anyone to try to fix it.

Consider that you've gotten your money's worth out of it and trash it.

I didnt pay for it bte it was my uncles old camera and he wanted to give me it

There you go. It didn't cost you anything. Explain to uncle that it has seen better days and is now useless.
