Found my red 16.0 camera

I have just found my old camera. When I put it on it says lens error and shuts down straight away so can't connect to phone either to see photos

Greetings,

Canon has made several cameras with a red body. The A2500 had 16 MP. I'm sure there were others. You'll need to tell us the model number of your device.
