Locating an AC adaptor

I'm trying to locate an AC power adapter for the SX50 HS. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I checked all of the camera stores and electronic stores and no one carries it. The stock number is ACK-DC80.

I know I can buy it on line but I would have to wait for it and pay shipping charges. I can't beleive Canon would make such a common item so unattainable.

I like the camera, but if I knew it would be so hard to find the adapter, I would have never gotten a Canon camera.

Very disappointing.

Well, it's just not as common an adapter as say the DC90 which you can buy at Fry's. Stuff happens. FWIW, B&H carries the DC80 and shipping is only $4. Given the life of the camera, the cost and time to wait for arrival aren't prohibitive....at least they shouldn't be.
