    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hello, I need help with my SX710 HS.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use the Ca&lt;SPAN&gt;mera Connect app to transfer photos from camera to cell phone, and it has always worked well for me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But until recently, the camera disconnected from Wifi and no longer wants to reconnect to the network. When I try to connect to my home Wifi, I get "Incorrect Password", which is a lie because I haven't changed it and it works fine on other devices. I type it as I use it on other devices and it still doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't understand why that happened. It just doesn't want to connect to the network. I need help please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Kanda,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would suggest resetting the camera wireless settings back to factory defaults to start with. You can do this in the Tools (wrench/hammer) menu after selecting Wi-Fi Settings. You will then see Reset Settings. You can now re-establish the connection from scratch. I have attached a link to the manual &lt;A href="https://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/1/0300017421/01/pssx710hs-cu-en.pdf" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for your reference. The Wi-Fi Functions section starts on page 106.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
