You can increase the recording time to an hour by shooting in standard definition VGA (640 x 480). The [!] icon indicates that the camera's internal memory buffer filled up as the camera could not record to the memory card quickly enough. You can perform a low-level format of the card, lower the image quality, or switch to a memory card that supports high-speed recording. Formatting the card will erase all of the data on that card.&nbsp;Even protected images will be erased, so make sure there is nothing you need to keep.
