    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently encountered a problem with my Canon Powershot SX540 HS camera.&amp;nbsp; When trying to connect to transfer images from my camera to my phone, I was not able to make a connection.&amp;nbsp; I have never had this problem before and successfully transferred images 2 weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried several things to try to establish a connection and get to the final step just to get an error message - connection failed.&amp;nbsp; I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Canon Connect app, I have tried different wifi networks, I have tried to connect to a different phone and my computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did find that I need to update firmware, but I have had trouble with this as well.&amp;nbsp; I followed the steps and when inserted the SD card, the firmware option is not available on the menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
