topic Powershot ELPH 110HS Flash Error in Point & Shoot Digital Cameras

Hello! I have a Canon Powershot ELPH 110HS and the flash doesn’t work all the time even when it is set to “flash always on”. Is this an error with the battery or the flash bulb? It works occasionally, so I don’t think it is a burnt out bulb. Any advice is appreciated!
