PowerShot ELPH 360 HS Save image to computer.

Hello,

My camera is PowerShot ELPH 360 HS. I have a small manual which came with the camera. In page 20, it said "Preparing to Register a Computer" by to access to the website: www.canon.com/icpd/ and download the software to install in my Windows computer, but it wasn't there. I only found a firmware update for SDXC card in my camera. I did all that, but no way to connect to my computer by wifi as it suggested on page 20, 21, 22. So, please help if you can. Thank you very much.

What kind of computer? If you are just getting the images onto the computer, Canon software is rarely necessary.

Thanks. However, the file is not there. There are only 3 files, but it's not the one you mentioned. Please see the snapshot to be attached here.

OS wasn't listed in the first posting. It is there for W10; not for W11.

Try downloading from the W10 site and see if it works; many W10 applications work in w11.
